Please allow the following time for your treatments:

Reflexology - 1 hour 15 minutes

Reiki - 1 hour 15 minutes

Indian Head Massage - 1 hour

Your first treatment will include a free 15-20 minute consultation, so please allow for this extra time on your first visit.

Home visits are available daytimes only within a five mile radius of Loughton. An extra charge of £10 is applicable.  See the FAQS section for further details.
