My working life has been spent dealing with people during a 15 year career with a major international bank in the City of London.

I have always had an interest in healing and complementary therapies and after the birth of my two children, I was prompted into making a career change.  I naturally pursued my main interest of Reflexology and have never had the desire to return to the hustle and bustle of city life.  After personally experiencing the healing effects of Reflexology, I realised how effective such a relaxing and non-invasive therapy can be.

After completing a year of intensive training with the British School of Reflexology, I gained distinctions in Anatomy and Physiology and Reflexology in October 2002. In January 2004 I gained a diploma with distinction, in Indian Head Massage. I’m now a member of EMBODY (MCThA) and the British School of Reflexology and am fully qualified and insured to work as a therapist.

I completed my Reiki 1 Certificate in April 2004 and followed this with my Reiki 2 Certificate in October 2004.

I have since completed Advanced Reflexology Diplomas in digestive disorders, back and skeletal conditions, women’s health, palliative care and most recently, Maternity Reflexology. These courses have given me additional knowledge and skills to deal with symptoms relating to specific conditions such as Menopause, PMS, Endometriosis, IBS, Sciatica, Infertility and Pregnancy related conditions.

I also hold a British Red Cross Basic First Aid certificate which I renew every 3 years

I now have over 7 years experience as a qualified Reflexologist and keep up to date with developments in the complementary field through EMBODY and the British School of Reflexology. I continually strive to maintain the highest standards and participate in a continuing professional development scheme.

One morning of my week is now spent working voluntarily in a hospice where I utilise my skills, treating people with cancer and other life limiting illnesses.

I use my knowledge, skills and experience to treat the whole person, not the disease. I use this holistic approach to encourage a positive outcome and a better quality of life for my clients.

I now have many satisfied, regular clients who have all benefited enormously from receiving these treatments. I have worked with clients suffering from many different conditions and welcome people of all ages.
